Founder / Executive Director
Experienced, educated, and equipped to advance our youth. These are just a few ways to describe this invaluable member of our team who has dedicated over 20 years to community development. Her track record with securing funding, coaching nonprofit leaders, and facilitating professional development seminars makes her a shining star that New Heights is proud to have.
Emoni Cross
Office Support Staffer
Enthusiastic and committed to caring, Emoni brings a very unique and positive aura to the New Heights atmosphere. She was an active youth in our summer camp for four years and returned as a volunteer instructor for one summer. After graduating from Hazelwood West High School, she returns to New Heights to manage the office and phones.
Gloria Davis
Financial Manager
Gloria Davis joined New Heights with the vision and drive to improve our financial position and maximize our resources. She comes to us on a part time basis with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial world. Her experience from Edward Jones and Verizon Wireless makes her the absolute best candidate to strengthen our financial health.
Donna McGee
Board Treasurer
Donna has over 30 years of experience interacting with the public. She is a registered nurse, licensed insurance agent, and holds multiple certifications in medical spa services. She currently owns two businesses: Naturally Beautiful, and Essential Plans, LLC. At Essential Plans, LLC she educates consumers on how to achieve financial health and wellness, providing them with multiple products to secure their assets and build wealth for themselves.
Tierra Howard
Board Secretary
Tierra Howard comes to us with a very unique story of her own. She started as an afterschool participant in Ms Bobo’s home daycare and eventually became an Intern Instructor teaching Music & Dance during the 1st annual Summer Camp in 2011. She has a very diverse background including excellent computer skills, office support, and customer service.
Anita Carter-Foley
Board President
Anita Carter-Foley comes to New Heights with a strong background in education. Her 20+ years of teaching experience in at-risk communities including St Louis Public Schools and Riverview Gardens School District makes her an ideal candidate to lead New Heights. Additionally, she has served on the PTO Board of Barbara C Jordan Elementary in University City School District. She is eager to positively impact the lives of children in our programs.
